Apakah modul bisa berjalan dengan ECU JUKEN atau ECU RACING Aftermarket?

Modul ADC KCM hanya bisa berjalan jika motor masih menggunakan ECU Standard bawaan motor atau sudah di ganti namun masih standar type motor ABS, bukan aftermarket, atau modul untuk non-ABS, jika  merk atau type lain sudah di pastikan modul tidak akan berfungsi,jika terlanjur membeli, silahkan di coba untuk di remap ulang

Apakah ini aman?

Aman, Mechanic Flagship service center Yamaha di beberapa kota, menggunakan produk kami untuk down grade ke non-ABS


Dampak positifnya apa menggunakan modul ini?

Tentu dari segi harga, tentunya sangat murah di bandingakan dengan anda mengganti modul ABS, pemasangannya mudah tanpa mengganti ECU dan speed sensor, artinya modal anda ya hanya membeli modul ini saja untuk downgrade, tanpa membeli komponen pendukung lainnya, modul tidak berpengaruh ke performa motor atau kelistrikan lain seperti ECU dll, artinya sangat aman.


Dampak negatifnya apa menggunakan modul ini?

Tentu karena ini modul untuk DOWNGRADE ke NON-ABS, artinya ABS sudah tidak di fungsikan lagi, untuk motor - motor kelluaran terbaru TCS juga sudah tidak di fungsikan lagi, sehingga kini motor anda menjadi motor Non-ABS


Apakah modul ini bertahan lama?

Tentunya lama tidaknya endurance sebuah komponen tergantung perlakuan penggunanya, kami tidak menjamin produk ini akan bertahan lama, karena ini produk custom, namun secara history sejak kami menemukan alat ini ada yang pemakaian 8bln masih aman, ada juga yang baru 1 bulan sudah rusak. Tidak ada yang bisa menjamin akan pemakaian untuk berapa lama sebuah komponen elektronik. Kalau ragu, kami sarankan untuk tidak perlu menggunakan produk ini. Karena tidak ada garansi setelah pemakaian. Membeli berarti menyetujui atas kebijakan ini.


Apakah pemasangannya mudah?

Untuk yang type PNP, langsung colok saja tanpa merubah apa-apa. Untuk yang type sambung cable, hanya memotong kabel soket sesuai petunjuk dan menyambungkan ke modul kita sesuai petunjuk yang di sertakan


Apakah pemasangannya bisa di pandu?

Tentu bisa, kami mempunyai teknisi ahli dari Yamaha yang siap membantu atas kendala dalam pemasangan. Tentu harus bersabar, karena biasanya antri untuk berkonsultasi, semua pasti akan di balas. Nomornya ada di paling bawah buku petunjuk yang disertakan dalam paket.


Apakah Produk Bergaransi?

Produk garansi pemasangan saja, artinya jika dipasang dalam “MOTOR NORMAL” tidak berfungsi akan kami tukar produk baru. Hanya itu! Jika sudah di gunakan “PRODUK TANPA GARANSI”  jika sewaktu-waktu rusak. Pertimbangkan kembali dalam pembelian. Di bengkel resmi pun beli sparepart tidak ada yang bergaransi. 

Jika komponen motor ada yang bermasalah, modul KCM dipasang tidak berfungsi, artinya motor tidak normal, kami tidak menerima retur atas ketidak fungsian produk, karena yang bermasalah motor anda, bukan modulnya. Ikuti prosedur teknisi kami.

Anda pemasangan modulnya terbalik, silahkan cermati petunjuk pemasangannya, atau gambar di buku petunjuk


Apakah harus mencopot ABS jika dipasang modul ini?

Jika menghendaki ABS dicopot, dipastikan selang rem diganti juga yang untuk tipe non-ABS, atau dimodifikasi menggunakan pipa sambungan rem, agar selang rem langsung dari master rem ke kaliiper rem.


Berarti ABS tidak perlu di copot ya?

ABS masih digunakan untuk penyambungan selang rem, sehingga masih di gunakan. Kecuali selang rem di ganti yang langsung dari master Rem ke kaliper Rem


Apakah selang rem harus diganti dengan yang non-ABS?

Optional, namun, jika menghendaki di ganti akan lebih bagus, sehingga selang langsung dari master rem ke kaliper rem, sudah tidak lewat ABS lagi, dan ini lebih bagus. Kalau saat ini kondisi pengereman sudah ngempos, sebaiknya selang rem dilangsung dari Master ke Kaliper menggunakan selang rem untuk motor yang Non-ABS, atau menggunakan sambungan (nipel) selang rem mobil banyak di jual di marketplace


Apakah Speed Sensor Depan harus di copot jika menggunakan modul ini?

Tidak, modul kami di desain tidak merubah apa-apa dalam penggunaan dan pemasangannya, tidak perlu terpancing konten creator di youtube yang mereview produk lain. Produk kami beda, dan mereka tidak bisa menirunya.


Apakah harus mencopot speed sensor salah satu, yang depan atau belakang?

Modul kami menggunakan speed sensor belakang, jadi dipastikan speed sensor belakang dalam keadaan baik, cek sambungan dalam kondisi terpasang. Tidak ada saran untuk melepas salah satu speed sensornya, namun jika menghendaki salah satu di lepas, silahkan speed sensor depan bisa di lepas, kecuali AEROX yang hanya pakai speed sensor depan. selain Aerox kalau ingin merubah menggunakan speed sensor depan perlu ada perubahan (Jumper Cable) silahkan hubungi teknisi kami, nomornya ada di paling bawah buku petunjuk


Modul PNP sudah di pasang tetapi lampu modul tidak menyala!

Semua modul yang kami kirimkan sudah melewati quality control pengecekan semuanya, dan salah satunya menyalanya lampu modul yang sebagai indikator sekering berfungsi. Namun banyak hal yang di luar kendala kami, seperti diperlakukan paket dalam pengiriman, pemasangan yang salah dll, bisa menyebabkan lampu modul mati.


Perlakuannya:

  • Silahkan cek sekring ABS di motor anda, ada 2 sekring pastikan semuanya dalam kondisi baik

  • Jika sekring sudah di cek dalam kondisi baik, namun lampu masih belum menyala, silahkan cek posisi modul, silahkan sedikit-sedikit di goyangkan dalam posisinya, apakah soket modulnya sudah longgar sehingga koneksi modul ke soket kurang baik, cari posisi terbaik saat lampu modul menyala kemudian ikat dengan kabel ties/insulok yang kuat

  • Jika di goyangkan lampu tidak menyala, berarti memang kondisi lampunya “mati”. Silahkan di cek saat modul di pasang apakah, lampu indicator ABS sudah “mati”, dan Speedometer sudah berjalan? Jika sudah artinya modul sudah berhasil mendown grade motor anda, artinya lampu modul sebetulnya tidak berpengaruh terhadap performa elektronik modul. Modul akan tetap aman dan berfungsi dengan baik.


Modul sudah di pasang indicator ABS sudah “MATI” namun speedometer belum berjalan?

Silahkan cek motor anda apakah sudah sesuai catatan di diskripsi produk, ECU menggunakan ECU Standard bawaan motor, Speed sensor belakang dalam kondisi baik dan lengkap dengan piringan rotornya, untuk Aerox speed sensor depan dalam kondisi baik, bersih dan berfungsi normal, kelistrikannya juga, silahkan cek kabel soket apakah sudah pernah di jumper atau dirubah atau belum sebelumnya. Jika sudah pernah dirubah silahkan rubah ke dalam jalur normal standar motor awal. Tentunya hal ini bisa berpengaruh terhadap fungsi dari pendeteksi kecepatan atau berjalannya speedometer. Yang paling umum bersihkan Speed sensor belakang, kalau aerox bersihkan speed sensor depan.


Bagaimana jika, modul sudah dipasang, indicator ABS sudah mati, engine check (MIL) masih menyala?

Silahkan coba motor di bawa jalan kurang lebih 3km, matikan kontak, nyalakan kembali, jalankan 3km. Atau matikan motor dalam semalam, keesokan harinya seharusnya indikator Engine Check sudah mati, karena motor akan mendeteksi fungsi dari modul berfungsi. Namun jika masih tetap menyala, anda harus meresetnya di bengkel resmi Yamaha, atau bengkel yang mempunyai Scanner terutama YDT (Yamaha Diasnostic Tool) untuk mereset ECU atau injeksinya nya untuk menghapus riwayat kerusakan sebelumnya yang masih tersimpan. Jika masih tetap menyala, silahkan minta bantuan bengkel untuk menscan dan membaca kerusakan yang ditimbulkan atas indicator enggine check ini menyala. Karena ini indicator untuk mendeteksi banyak hal kerusakan, seperti injeksi bermasalah atau kotor, sensor suhu yang bermasalah, kelistrikan yang bermasalah dll. Mungkin dari hal lain yang menyebabkan hal indicator itu menyala


Bagaimana jika modul sudah dipasang kode 42 masih ada?

Kode 42 hubungannya dengan Speed Sensor, silahkan Speed Sensor dibersihkan, dan di cek harus dalam kondisi normal, dan baik. Jika sudah bawa motor berjalan, harusnya kode 42 akan hilang.


Bagaimana jika modul sudah dipasang TCS masih menyala?

Di-scan injeksinya, kemudian di reset untuk hapus sejarah kerusakan kemudian, motor dibawa jalan, cari jalan turunan panjang, dibawa jalan turunan sampai kecepatan 70, nanti TCS akan berkedip di kecepatan 70km. Setelah itu  di-scan ulang dan reset kembali, kemudian di bawa jalan biasa, akan hilang


Apakah ada tips agar modul bisa bertahan lama?

Untuk PNP silahkan sealer celah modul dengan soket menggunakan sealant aquarium, atau cukup di isolasi yang rapat, kemudian bungkus dengan plastik, dan isolasi kembali yang rapat. Agar terhindar dari cairan yang masuk.

Can the module work with a JUKEN ECU or aftermarket racing ECU?

The ADC KCM module can only work if the motorcycle still uses the standard factory ECU, or if the ECU has been replaced but is still the standard type for ABS motorcycles, not an aftermarket ECU or a module for non-ABS types. If other brands or ECU types are used, it is already certain that the module will not function.

Is this safe?

Yes, it is safe. Yamaha flagship service centers in several cities use our product to downgrade motorcycles to non-ABS.

What are the positive impacts of using this module?

In terms of cost, it is much cheaper compared to replacing the ABS module. Installation is easy and does not require replacing the ECU or speed sensor. This means your only cost is purchasing this module to perform the downgrade, without buying additional supporting components. The module does not affect the motorcycle’s performance or other electrical systems such as the ECU, making it very safe.

What are the negative impacts of using this module?

Since this module downgrades the system to non-ABS, the ABS function will no longer work. For newer motorcycles, the TCS (Traction Control System) will also be disabled. This means your motorcycle will effectively become a non-ABS motorcycle.

How long will this module last?

The durability of any component depends on how the user treats it. We cannot guarantee how long this product will last because it is a custom product. Based on our history since discovering this device, some users have used it safely for up to 8 months, while others experienced failure after only 1 month. No one can guarantee how long an electronic component will last. If you are unsure, we recommend not using this product. There is no warranty after use. Purchasing the product means you agree to this policy.

Is the installation easy?

For the PNP (Plug and Play) type, simply plug it in without modifying anything.

For the cable connection type, you only need to cut the socket cable according to the instructions and connect it to our module following the provided guide.

Can installation be guided?

Yes. We have expert technicians from Yamaha who are ready to help if you encounter difficulties during installation. However, please be patient because consultations are usually queued. All inquiries will be responded to. The contact number is listed at the bottom of the instruction manual included in the package.

Do I need to remove the ABS if this module is installed?

If you want to remove the ABS, you must also replace the brake hose with a non-ABS type, or modify it using a brake pipe connector so that the brake hose goes directly from the brake master cylinder to the brake caliper.

So the ABS does not need to be removed?

The ABS unit can still be used as a connector for the brake hose, so it can remain installed. Unless the brake hose is replaced with one that runs directly from the master cylinder to the brake caliper.


When installed, the module turns on while the ignition switch is in the "OFF" position.

You have installed it incorrectly. Please carefully follow the installation instructions or refer to the diagram in the manual.


Does the brake hose need to be replaced with a non-ABS one?

This is optional. However, replacing it would be better so the brake hose runs directly from the master cylinder to the brake caliper without passing through the ABS system.

Does the front speed sensor need to be removed when using this module?

No. Our module is designed so that nothing needs to be changed during installation and usage. Do not be misled by YouTube content creators reviewing other products. Our product is different, and they cannot replicate it.

The PNP module has been installed but the module light does not turn on

All modules we send have passed quality control checks, including verifying that the module indicator light works (which indicates the fuse is functioning). However, factors beyond our control such as shipping handling or incorrect installation can cause the module light to stop working.

What to do:

  1. Check the ABS fuse on your motorcycle. There are two fuses, make sure both are in good condition.

  2. If the fuses are fine but the light still does not turn on, check the module position. Slightly move the module to see if the socket connection is loose. Find the best position where the module light turns on, then secure it firmly with cable ties.

  3. If moving it does not turn on the light, the indicator light may indeed be dead. Check whether the ABS indicator on the dashboard is off and whether the speedometer is working when the module is installed. If both are working, it means the module has successfully downgraded your motorcycle. The module light itself does not affect the module’s electronic performance. The module will still function safely.

The module is installed, the ABS indicator is off, but the speedometer does not work

Check whether your motorcycle meets the requirements listed in the product description:

  • The ECU must be the standard factory ECU.

  • The rear speed sensor must be in good condition and complete with its rotor disc.

  • For Aerox, the front speed sensor must be clean and functioning normally.

  • Check the electrical system and socket cables to ensure they have not been previously modified or jumpered. If they have been altered, restore them to the original factory wiring.

These issues can affect speed detection and speedometer operation. The most common fix is cleaning the rear speed sensor (or the front speed sensor for Aerox).

What if the module is installed, the ABS indicator is off, but the engine check (MIL) light is still on?

Try riding the motorcycle for about 3 km, turn the ignition off, turn it back on, ride another 3 km, turn it off again, and then restart the motorcycle. Usually the light will disappear.

Alternatively, leave the motorcycle turned off overnight. The next day the engine check indicator should turn off, as the system will detect that the module is functioning.

If it still remains on, you must reset it at an official Yamaha service center or a workshop that has a scanner tool, especially the YDT (Yamaha Diagnostic Tool), to reset the ECU or injection system and clear previous error history.

What if code 42 still appears after installing the module?

Code 42 is related to the speed sensor. Clean the speed sensor and make sure it is in good condition. After riding the motorcycle, the code should disappear.

What if TCS is still active after installing the module?

Scan the injection system and reset it to delete previous error history. Then ride the motorcycle and find a long downhill road. Ride downhill until the speed reaches 70 km/h; the TCS indicator will blink again at 70 km/h. After that, scan and reset it again. Ride normally afterward, and the issue should disappear.

Any tips to make the module last longer?

For PNP type modules, seal the gap between the module and socket using aquarium sealant, or tightly wrap it with electrical tape. Then wrap it with plastic and tape it again tightly to prevent liquid from entering.

For cable connection types, do not reconnect the socket to the ABS unit. Wrap the socket tightly with insulation and place it in a safe location.

Why is the module light color different from the instructions?

The module light color does not indicate any specific condition of the module or engine. It only indicates that the module is powered on and functioning. The color depends on available stock; it may be red, orange, or blue. If it differs from the instruction manual, there is no need to worry. It only functions as a simple test indicator, not as a status indicator for your engine or motorcycle.
